About us

HSR Europe started as Support Action to the EU Seventh Framework Programme, aimed to contribute to a roadmap for European Health Services Research (project acronym HSREPP, grant number 223248). It was carried out by a consortium of five major health services research institutes in Europe.

After a successful completion of the project in March 2011, the HSR Europe initiative continues to organise activities in order to provide a sustainable and permanent platform for anyone involved and interested in HSR in Europe. We do so in close collaboration with existing international HSR initiatives and associations, including the EUPHA Section on HSR.
